Blue Curve Build was formed as a design, build, and procurement service, bringing over 11 years of experience in the Midlands and Birmingham. What We Do
SINGLE STOREY EXTENSIONS
Most single storey extensions can be built under permitted development. We shall give you the necessary advice and where necessary make permitted development enquiries.
DOUBLE STOREY EXTENSIONS
Double storey extension generally need planning permission as the permitted development rights only permit small sizes.

Once your planning application has had its approval a building certificate from a building control body, either local authority or private building inspector.
