Our approach

A clearer brief starts here.

A productive first conversation does not require a perfect presentation. It requires an honest picture of the property, the proposed work and what is still undecided.

The enquiry journey

Four steps to a clear starting point.

  1. 01You submit your project details.
  2. 02We review the location, proposed work and available information.
  3. 03We contact you to discuss suitability and clarify the brief.
  4. 04Any visit, quotation or further step is arranged separately.

01

Understand the ambition

Tell us why you are considering the work. More room, a different layout, a property purchase or a new home: the reason helps give the proposal direction.

Explain the outcome you want, not just the individual tasks you have in mind.

02

Understand the starting point

Share the location, property type and current stage of the project. Let us know about drawings, surveys, approvals and professionals already involved.

If something has not been established, make that clear. Identifying a gap is useful information too.

03

Understand the scope

Describe the work you are considering and how the different parts connect.

Separate essential requirements from ideas you would like to explore. Include timing and budget expectations if available, so those can form part of the discussion.

04

Agree what comes next

The appropriate next step depends on the project and the information available. It may require a more detailed brief or further discussion before the work can be understood properly.

Any visit, quotation, programme or delivery responsibility needs to be expressly confirmed. An initial enquiry is the beginning of the conversation, not a commitment to undertake the work.
