Blue Curve Build

Services / New Builds / Birmingham

A new home. A considered beginning.

A new build starts with an ambition for a place that does not yet exist.

Tell us about your site, the home you are planning and the building work you want to discuss.

Bring the project into focus.

Your plans may be at an early stage or supported by a developed design and professional team.

Explain where the project stands today, which decisions have been made and the scope you are looking to take forward. That helps establish whether the enquiry matches the work Blue Curve Build can offer.

Your site. Your brief. Your team.

A useful introduction connects the practical information with the purpose of the project.

What is proposed? Who will the home be for? Which professionals are involved? What are you looking for from the building company?

Share that context alongside the drawings and project details already available.

Questions about new builds

At what stage should I contact you?
You can introduce the project before all details are final. Be clear about the current stage and the decisions or information still outstanding. Any next step depends on the actual scope and available service.
Do you offer a complete design-and-build service?
Do not assume design or professional services are included. Explain what support you need so responsibilities and available services can be discussed explicitly.
Can you work with my drawings and appointed professionals?
Include the details of your existing team and documentation in the enquiry. The working arrangements and scope would need to be reviewed and agreed.
Can you provide an immediate build price?
A price needs a sufficiently clear scope. Send the project information you have so the requirements and any gaps can be understood before a pricing commitment is made.
